Positiv Pretty field with plenty of room. Lots of wildlife with a deer in the field near the tent.

Negativ We had to use carts to transport our camping gear in trolleys to the camping field. It was very confusing checking in and finding the pitch. The toilets and shower facilities were very poor. Cleaning was poor and the shower facilities were not fit for purpose, with a complete lack of privacy for changing. The light did not work despite this having been identified in previous reviews. This has been noted in other reviews. Entry to the site required a code that activated a comically slow gate that looks as though it would give up the ghost any minute. Communal bins were smelly and overflowing. Road and rail noise Other campers were using fire pits despite the recent ban.
