Positiv This was our first camping trip and we absolutely loved it! The toilet facilities were kept constantly clean, and the showers with the adjoining changing cubical was ideal. The staff were amazing! They were always available to help if required (we didn’t need any assistance, but watched them rally round and help our neighbour set up). There was also an incident with a drunk man on our first night which was swiftly and professionally dealt with, and the family were removed from the site the next morning. The cafe area was beautiful - The food options initially appeared basic, but were actually of a very high standard and absolutely delicious (for the grown ups). My two children enjoyed the milkshakes and loved the secure play area as well as the goal were they spent most of their time playing. None of us wanted to leave!!

Negativ The children’s food options at the cafe were limited, if non existent. Fortunately we had bought along enough food from home that it wasn’t a problem, but the only thing in the cafe suitable for our 6 yr old was a sausage bap or a cheese toastie (which needed to be modified from the listed menu option).
