Positiv Very welcoming owners, nothing to much trouble. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Husband loved the fishing and was safe for grandson to play. The disabled shower was a bonus. Open all year round.

Negativ The noise from Kennels near by but got used to it. Don't follow car sat nav the phone was better
