Positiv We really like this campsite- just a pity it's only open for a month. Great views towards Mounts Bay, a short walk to the coast path and Porthleven. Two large fields to pitch up - one is spoilt choice. Decent facilities as well.

Positiv The generouly sized pitches are laid out on a disused golf course in the most beautiful of surroundings. The river Teign is a short walk away accessed via a tunnel under the road. It's a perfect place for walking ones dog. The facilities are found in the ex club house building and are perfectly adequate. Arrival/departure times are very relaxed which was appreciated.

Positiv Very friendly and helpful hosts - nothing too much trouble. Excellent pool. Felt very secure as PIN controlled gates at night. Popular bar with excellent value food. Very clean facilities. There is a supermarket within walking distance.

Positiv Peaceful site in beautiful countryside. Owner very friendly and helpful. Ample space to pitch up. Access no problem with our 7m MH. Very handy to have a chemical waste point on site. Local walks and great views over the valley. Only 5 mins to Holsworthy.

Positiv Really nice campsite - beautiful large field and great walks to the river/canal. Excellent value as well. We managed the entrance from the Bristol side with no problems (6.6 m MH)

Positiv Large, slightly sloping field with five very spacious pitches. Adjacent is another field for dogs which was great. The whole site is very pleasant with EHU and water to each pitch. The site is a 5 min walk to the Bissoe trail. The owner, who lives next door, is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Positiv Very nice site with plenty of space and lots of trees - there did not appear to be any marked pitches. Very friendly welcome and the facilities for motorhomes were good There is a nice dog walking field provided which our dog had a great time playing in.

Negativ Noise from the road was noticeable at times.

Positiv Even though the site had just been closed (seriously water logged) the owner was very friendly and accommodating and we stayed the night on some hard standing leading into the main field. The facilities seemed fine. The local pub (20 min walk) has a good menu. The road off the main road was OK for our A-class.
