Negativ The washing area within the barn was very unhygienic due to the nesting swallows and their poop being everywhere.

Positiv Lots of space. Flat as you'll ever it to be. Easy to access. Easy book-on. Very quiet at night. No light pollution. Not too far away from the localities. I'll be using this spot again.
