Positiv Gordon the campsite caretaker was very helpful and informative. Train station to Carlisle and Newcastle 20 minute walk. Clean and tidy shower block. Nice level pitches.

Negativ I’m sure there was one but didn’tsee a recycling bin. There might have been one but it didn’t matter we just took our recycling material home with us.

Positiv Ease of access to Central London. Bus stop straight outside 20 minute ride to Walthamstow Central station which is on the Victoria tube line

Negativ It was a rush to get there for 8pm the gates are locked promptly @ 8pm

Positiv Quiet, friendly hosts. 30 minutes brisk walk or 45 minutes leisurely walk through local woods to the village of Sheringham where a train or bus could be used for the surrounding area

Negativ Some people might have liked to have a shower block but this was not a problem fir us as water, electricity and disposal points were all close by so we used our own facilities in our motorhome.

Positiv Cleanliness, helpfulness of host, Parking for motorhome in Shrewsbury we parked in the Frankerll riverside carpark SY3 8HQ where there was plenty of spaces for our motorhome during the week. The site had an Adults only area but fir the little ones there was a play area. Thanks for a lovely and relaxing stay

Positiv Location - 40 minute bike ride from Stamford at a steady pace, garden centre and public house within walking distance less than a mile. Macmillan way trail next door where you can walk as far as Boston if you so desired. Host was pleasant and met us as soon as we got there. On site chemical disposal and good size pitches

Negativ Road noise wasn't noticeable as we live on a busy road anyway. Very quiet at night. Will definitely return when hopefully shower block will be completed.
