Positiv Lovely location with stunning views of Blencathra and the dales. Nice walk to the local pub although it was a bot pricey and you definitely should book. Liked the communal area - fab for toaster!

Positiv Lovely clean facilities. Great restaurant. Helpful reception. Nice grassy areas and well thought out lay-out of the whole site.

Negativ We also stayed one night in a small bungalow which was lovely and warm BUT it was semi detached and our neighbours were not quiet until 1:30 and the walks are very rhin so it was very noisy.

Positiv Beautiful location. Lovely level pitches. Through small gate onto coastal path with sandy beach for swimming/ kite surfers to right. Good for cycling into town of beautiful Arcachon - outstanding beaches and really pretty town. Lovely friendly lady on reception 🙂

Negativ Dogs not allowed according to site though nothing obvious in pitch-up. Facilities a little outdated.

Positiv Location on the river lovely. Fab sunset over river with low slung boats. Pretty little picturesque village with green entertainment area right next to site

Negativ Limited sanitation. Shower never did get warm and only one for ladies. Three toilets only - one men, one women and one hole in the floor!

Positiv Friendly hosts. Fab location on the banks of the estuary. Stunning views a ross the river to the bridge. Locals gathering in the evening sun to picnic on the bank. Lovely walk for the dog. Nice little town with restaurant. Shower facilities simple but plenty of hot water.
