Negativ Needed/enquired for some first aid help for a burn & was told to just go to A&E No hand dryers working in toilets

The hand dryers are out for repair and we are still waiting for them to be fixed. We are sorry regarding the burn and we would always advise a guest to go to A+E for treatment in the first instance.
