Positiv Gorgeous area, views were outstanding and footpaths through the farm towards black rocks.
Lovely big field could camp where you pleased
Washing up area was the best I've seen for a long time- washing liquid and sponges available and refreshed daily (although we had our own but handy if you'd forgotten) toilets clean and plentiful and gender separated showers.
I would love to come again and will be looking at booking next year hopefully.
Negativ Unfortunately despite the size of the field, two groups disturbed the peace as sound definitely travels on this site.
There was a group of lads however they did not disturb me personally- it was the large group of mixed couples and children that disturbed me and my children who we had the misfortune of camping near. They were swearing constantly and playing 'who can be a caterpillar??' with loud music blaring until gone 3am Sunday morning.
Not the owners fault just pure disrespectful campers who treated the field like they were the only ones there.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Thank you for your review. We're sorry that you were also affected by the large group on the site, we have taken action to identify and ban the groups involved in causing the noise and we have taken action to lower the maximum group size drown to 4 adults per pitch. We rarely have noise issues on site, most guests respect the rules and each other which is reflected in our reviews. We do hope to see you again. Thank you for your booking.

Positiv Love how close to the Roaches the campsite is, wouldn't say you could walk along the road to them if a family but if a seasoned hiker you could.
Basic campsite for basic camping.
Loved the pizza van and had brownies the first night and pizza the second.
Negativ For the amount of people camping the toilets were not enough and both in the first field- could do with a small block in the top field.
Also water was only next to the toilet block too with no hot water for washing up.

Positiv Fantastic weekend at this site, friendly owners- very helpful and came round checking on everyone both nights. Level pitches, cute pony. Facilities had shower stalls and separate toilets. I didn't use the showers but they looked clean, toilets were always clean. Someone said there's only 2, there was actually 5, but even then and with a full site there was never a need to queue. Fridge and freezer were brilliant additions.
Negativ Only 1 thing and that's the train was exceptionally loud. However we were warned and it wouldn't put us off going again.

Positiv We stayed in swan, and was right next to the children's play area, which was great because our two littlest loved it. Nice environment, clean site, clean facilities. Walked down to the river pitches (if we didn't use electric I would of loved to be down there) we also walked into stourport. Basic amusements at the end of the walk took 30 mins from tent to town.
It was like a switch turned the sound off at 10pm each night. Official quiet days 11pm.
Very very nice.
Also only 5/10mins drive to midlands safari.
Negativ Didn't dislike anything.
