Positiv I liked the location. The spacious pitch and cleanliness. The pool was very warm too ! The venue offered very good value for money.

Positiv Good sized pitches. Facilities all clean appeared well maintained. Staff friendly. Pool was clean and accessible. Site in great position for walking and to access local buses to go further afield without need for moving campervan. Also near to sea coast

Negativ Water was not reliably hot for showers and washing.

Positiv A great place to experience farm living with cute chickens, peacocks, goat and even an lovely old farm dog roaming. There was the cow shed and horses. On site you could even take advantage of free canoe use and visit to the windmill. Our pitch was near the amenities showers, toilets, and washing - all of which were clean. The owners were friendly.

Positiv We found that the site had very spacious pitches which allowed for privacy. We were greeted by the owner on arrival and made to feel very welcome by him and his family. The facilities were very clean, plenty of hot water for showers and washing dishes, and the electric hook up was everything we needed. We loved the peace and tranquility. There were plenty of places to cycle to and the local town Kollum was great for supermarkets and other shopping. The site is well placed for touring North Friesland -we especially loved Dokkum and Sneek. We would definitely stay again. My WiFi (which has been an issue at many UK sites) worked perfectly here allowing me to talk face to face on Zoom with my children.

Positiv Cleanliness, proximity to Burgh Castle and walls near marshes. Very good value for the money paid. Staff friendly. All the cleaning facilities worked well and were regularly checked. I could get 5G reception on my phone.

Negativ Site a bit tired looking. Was disappointed that booking extra time was not allowed as there were issues that reception staff could not resolve.

Positiv The pitches were very well tended and hook up easily accessed. Staff exceptionally friendly. Pools both indoor and outdoor warm and very clean. Easy to access an amazing nature reserve beach with some very unusual plants. Great walks and places to cycle. Near large supermarket for provisions.
