Positiv Very nice camp site the Location is fantastic if you want isolation, which we do. Camping right next to the lake is perfect. The drive in is an adventure in itself, make sure you don’t arrive in a lowered sports car! Staff were friendly and made sure we were happy at all times. The teepees were fantastic and very specious. Thankfully they also performed admirably at keeping us dry :) We are coming back when the weather is better. We can’t imagine a better or more picturesque place to camp. It’s 30 minutes drive to Windermere if you don’t take the ferry, so make sure you have everything you need.
