Positiv Tents and campers are spaced well apart and curfew is 9pm so there is no noise from fellow campers. The toilets and sink area are kept clean and tidy. Good walk from site to the excellent Fox pub.

Negativ It was a shame that the heatwave meant no fires or BBQS possible when we visited

Positiv Nice surprise that there are now hot showers!! Showers and loos clean and didn't get busy the weekend we were there. Might be in school holidays.

Negativ Take a torch and hi viz if you're walking to the pub - narrow road no path.

Positiv Very warm welcome and follow up checks that we were all OK. Very clean shower/toilet block with plenty of hot water. Showers 20p which lasted fine for men, just about enough for the ladies! Great Forest Fungi farm café and Mount Pleasant Inn very nearby. Need to book these beforehand.

Negativ It is more than 10 min walk to beach and is along the road which might be an issue with small children and lots of gear. Didn't affect us oldies in September just dog walking for coffee or pub.
