Negativ Clearly the grass had grown long and they cut it all just before we arrived, it was very difficult dealing with the grass that just got everywhere particularly when wet. Perhaps they should have cut smaller areas on a rotation basis

Vom Platzbetreiber: Hello Colin - many thanks for your review. I'm sorry the grass cuttings were a nuisance, but September has been very warm and wet - perfect for growing grass. We're currently mowing 2-3 times per week between showers, and the clue is in your own comments, as sadly, it's simply too wet to collect the clippings. If you'd made us aware this was causing such difficulty during your stay, then we would have gladly lent you some additional door mats and/or moved you to a gravel pitch. Kind regards, Ali & Neil

Positiv Very quiet and private

Negativ Whilst I knew it was a very basic site, I do think the actual parking/camping area could be tidied up a bit and made more appealing, perhaps grass over much of it that looks like a building site, especially because it’s not a cheap place to stay.
