Positiv Many outdoor ans indoor activitis for kids. Not very noisy at night, clean WC.

Negativ No sport activities for adultes (but I think that unfortunately IT doesnt interest other adultes who prefer drinking béer in peace while thé kids are busy at thé swimingpool...). No healthy (normal?! Veggies?!) food in thé restaurant.
