Positiv A warm welcome from the owners, excellent facilities and ideally located for Woolacombe beach. The showers and toilets were clean and plentiful. Availability of a freezer very useful. Equally, a couple of local pubs about 10 minutes walk. Bring a torch.

Negativ Grass could have been cut in the field where tents were pitched given the morning dew - but, honestly, that really is a very minor quibble.
