Positiv Washing up room was decent and clean with laundry facilities. Has a bath! Really friendly staff, very welcoming. Less important for us, but many will appreciate the reliable wi-fi.

Negativ Pitch was tired and with litter remaining from previous guests. Overlooked what can only be described as a caravan cemetery - storage yard with decaying vans sat about collecting moss. Shower floors need a damn good deep clean

Positiv Small site that is very well kept and Christine is very friendly and helpful. I didn't read the instructions in a senior moment and approached from Skipton Road rather than Gisburn Road. I phoned Christine and she stopped traffic so I could negotiate the narrow lane without meeting something coming the other way!! The site is on a working farm which personally we liked, but keep this in mind if you're going to dislike this. The facilities are perfectly adequate for the size of the site and has washing up facilities. The pitches are really well kept and all seemed level, with easy access to EHU posts. The site is walking distance from Barnoldswick (Barlick to the locals) and this town is an absolute beauty of a place with a great community vibe and exceptionally friendly locals. Easy driving distance of both Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales. Our toddler absolutely loved the Llamas! No WiFi onsite that I'm aware of but decent signal for tethering etc.
