Positiv Quiet location but large spaces to pitch up on. Lovely countryside and small but clean amenities.

Positiv Lots of lovely roads to walk and gorgeous scenery. Can see the stars and hear the owls and wildlife really well. Friendly staff who have just taken over and easy access to electric outlets.

Negativ Site toilets were in need of attention. No toilet roll and working toilet light. It is a very small touring site so in popular times it would be a tight squeeze

Positiv Absolutely loved this camp site. The site is flat, well spaced and has beautiful views, really clean facilities with hot hot water and an amazing farm shop. The owners are lovely and welcoming and there are security barriers to make sure we are safe. Good area for waste with recycling and the pot washing area was lovely and clean. Public walks in amazing scenery are on the doorstep and the rural location hugs you

Positiv Really loved the views and how clean the fields were. Nice and quiet and great to be able to have fires. Although the toilets and showers were basic and unisex, there was no issue at all. Definitely want to come back

Positiv Absolutely gorgeous campsite. The facilities are really clean and plenty of them for the 3 separate areas. The kids play park, ice cream van and pop up hot food visitors were a great addition and the little shop had some great food from local farms at good prices. The views and the location of this campsite are fantastic!! The hair dryers need 20p but are really hot and the public fridges, freezers and charging spots were useful.

Negativ Occasional noise from the quarry is there so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Female showers were quite cold at times.

Positiv Absolutely lovely camp site. Quiet, safe, well cared for and spacious. Hosts are very friendly and the small shop is well stocked and they do some pre ordered takeaway foods. It's nice to be able to wake up and just see fields and fields and fields and there are some gorgeous walks literally just through the sty on the site.

Positiv Absolutely loved this site. My 13yr old and I had a lovely pitch and yes it rained a lot, but we had a fab time. The site is good as it separates families to adults so it is quieter and the space is large so you don't have to be ontop of other people. The facilities are clean and there are vending machines, an ice block freezer and small shop that will cook breakfast and pizzas!!! Define booking again.
