Positiv Phenomenal just had a week. Hidden gem of a site, great for exploring local area but site is tranquil. Facilities were excellent and the owner was so accommodating.

Positiv Location is 10 out of 10. Brilliant for exploring. The beach is a really plus point. Resort is lovely really enjoyed it.

Negativ You can tell rents are not the main focus of the resort. But the resort is lovely.

Positiv Site was exceptional. Excellent value for money and even though we try to visit new sites we would definitely revisit.

Negativ Secondary toilets need a refurb and additional shower block BUT I am nit picking.

Positiv Loved the site for exploring, the honesty shop is amazing and the site just works!!! Not over commercialised. Affordability is at the heart of this site kerp it up.

Negativ Grass a little shorter but the weather had been poor so understandable.

Positiv Facilities fantastic; shower block great. But staff are exceptional. Pizza night and morning crepes amazing touch. Personalised messages gave warm welcome

Positiv Site is beautiful great location yo explore scottish borders. Great appearance well kept. Great draining on tent field as we did have a lot of rain.

Negativ Not an issue as the site is new, but I feel they will need to refit the showers to tiles or replace the wallboard every year. The pot wash was excellent and great, clean facilities

Positiv Loved the honesty shop, we paid a little extra as all should as advised prices very reasonable. Pigs were cute and a nice relaxing site. Fire pit was highlight. Great base for surrounding areas. Pitch sites were phenomenal well priced already booked again
