Positiv The lake and what was on offer. It was a great place for the kids.

Negativ The fact that we were charged an additional £17 as we were late leaving because of the severe thunderstorm the night before leaving everything soaking wet - we had to dry out the awning etc as could not take it back wet as we live in a flat and have no garden. The fact that there was no lifeguard. The sand pit had jagged edges and could cause an injury to young children.

Positiv All of it. Nice Country pub site - nice food and lovely staff.

Positiv The facilities / pool (which we did not use but they looked nice) and staff were really good and aplogetic.

Negativ Not being told the eatery was closed on aTueaday when booking as we asked specifrically it it was open. Very inconvenient - the location of our pitch.
