Positiv I wanted to take my Granddaughter camping for the first time. Peaceful - didnt see a soul! Good facilities but we were the only ones using them.

Negativ The website showed lots of animals? We didnt see any? Absolutely NO shade and it was blistering hot! No reply to my phone call! We didn’t stay ….

Positiv Everything about this site is what I look for when I seek a few nights away. The views are beautiful, the amenities are just right for a small site. There is space enough for everyone. The tranquility is instant. Lovely walks in surrounding countryside, 2 pubs within a mile either way of the site. I have been a few times and will be going back for more….. lots more x

Negativ I wish pitch would accommodate a single person tariff?

Vom Platzbetreiber: Thanks for the generous review and nice photos. Re the single person tariff , that is Pitch-Up's policy not mine , however you need to consider that your van is taking up the same pitch space whether there is one person inside or two.

Positiv The tranquility of the location, peaceful and relaxing, listening to the wonderful birdsong. Beautiful scenery, just perfect. My new favourite site, going back in July and hopefully many more times to come. Thank you Chris for the warm welcome, see you again soon.
