Positiv All was really good with a nice welcome from Tilly the warden,pitches for motorhome are very generous in size,didn't find any of the negatives that appear in other reviews,the potholes have been filled,dog was happy with the walks,and buses to Skegness and Mablethorpe every half hour with other stops on route to visit other places of interest.

Positiv Pitch size,nice area. Chippy very good and reasonable price

Negativ Even when using site aerial tv very limited. Fully serviced pitch 22 drain is above ground level so need waste collector alright on pitch behind,because you are then sitting above drain.

Positiv Every thing and as a young site it can only get better. Compared to site up the road where we had paid for a week,but left after 1night it's chalk and cheese.

Positiv Close proximity to village with cafe and nice walks would have been really good if weather had been better Large field for dog exercise and games Vending machines especially fresh milk but a word of advice take bottle with you either 1/2 litre or 1 litre as these will cost you £2.50 each on top of milk price which in itself is very reasonable

Negativ Drain set too high for run off had keep lifting hose to drain
