Positiv Fab site with lots to do on site and nearby at the 3 lakes. Great facilities with eco friendly outlook. Toilets/showers were spotless and like a spa with music and spa aroma! Great sauna by the riverside. WiFi was intermittent.

Positiv Nice hedged in pitches on a site with mainly owner/occupied mobile homes. Near to lovely lake walks and a short walk into town. Supermarkets about 15mins walk away. Typically French site with no toilet seats and loo roll but very clean facilities.

Positiv Lovely welcome and spacious pitches…ours was huge! Showers lovely and hot. Laundry available if needed. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean. Baguettes etc available to order were very good and reasonably priced. Overall we wished we could stay longer!

Positiv Spacious pitches on an agricultural farm with chickens, ducks and geese wandering around. Easy to cycle into Albenga with lots of shops, restaurants etc. Only 3 toilets/showers that were clean and lots of hot water. Just was lovely. Note: it was a bit narrow getting there with a long vehicle.

Positiv Location was close to the Pont du Gard and Avignon.

Negativ Only 1 toilet/shower was open and whilst clean, it was very outdated. The site was mostly owner/occupied caravans which many had seen better days. The site is off a main road and noisy as a result.

Positiv Lovely quiet campsite on the edge of Pisa. Easy cycling into town centre about 15mins. Andrea was a great host and very helpful. Shower was clean and hot water plentiful.

Positiv Spacious pitches on a vineyard in the mountains. Wine tasting on arrival and available to buy to take home/back to pitch. Nice little shop selling locally made produce. Short walk into Barga town which has shops/restaurants etc

Positiv Spacious pitches and fantastic toilet/shower block. Near to the cable cars. We decided to move to the Santa Monica campsite next door which is run by the same people. Much nicer outlook from the pitches there and a reception/barrier. The restaurant in SM was great.

Negativ We were the only people on the site when we arrived and there is no barrier or reception to stop others getting in. The site is in the more industrial part of the village.

Positiv Spacious pitch with trees and hedges making it feel private. Clean showers and hot water. Great location for popping over to Germany.

Positiv Quiet site with basic toilet/shower facilities. Nice pub The Canal Inn only 10 mins drive away serving locally brewed beer. Thursday night pizza/pint for £11.

Positiv Fabulous location with a lovely feel and a very welcoming host. Spacious pitches and basic shower/toilet facilities.

Positiv Beautiful and quiet site at the back of Warwick Hall. 1 toilet in the laundry block available to use. Lovely walks around the estate and The Queens Arms pub about 15 min walk, where the food was amazing. Great stop over as only 5 mins from M6.

Negativ Expensive at £30 per night for what was there.
