Positiv Spacious adult only site with small number of individual pitches mown in wild grass, great privacy. Toilet facilities immaculately clean, helpful owner. Some pitches have sea view, small beach 10mins walk.

Negativ Road noise from A499 which is very close. Showers were too hot during heatwave!

Positiv Small, low key site on a working farm, large field with only a small number of pitches, very quiet. Basic facilities but frequently cleaned. Really nice friendly owners. Very relaxing with great views.

Positiv Space between pitches, very quiet at night. Good location a short distance from Scarborough but away from the hustle and bustle.

Negativ Long rough potholed driveway to site. No lighting in showers / toilets at night - not even on a timer.

Positiv Small, quiet recently opened adults only site in a great location for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. The owners Lee & Juliet have spent a great deal of time and effort constructing the facilities which can only be described as immaculate, with the whole site being maintained to the highest standards. The bathroom / toilet facilities are spotless. They have thought of all those little touches that make your stay comfortable, including a covered area housing the washing up facilities with shared use of a fridge, freezer, kettle etc with other guests. They offer a very personal touch and really cannot do enough to ensure their guests are happy. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay.
