Positiv: Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us a really warm welcome. The campsite is brilliant with excellent pitches. All facilities were spotlessly clean and maintained daily. The pool area, both indoor and outdoor, is as good as any 5 star hotel and is also very suitable for children. The site is set in the countryside well away from traffic noise etc. Small shop onsite which ordered fresh bread etc and sold a beautiful local wine at reasonable cost.

Negativ: Everything was perfect except the waste system was at the reception area should be at the exit area for campervans when leaving as one way system

Positiv: The pool area

Negativ: No TV 📺 and the bar was not open this is why we booked to watch the rugby! The restaurant was open but only until 21:30 the games started at 21:00. The restaurant service and food was terrible.

For the lack of television for the broadcast of the matches, we are sorry for the confusion but exceptionally for the period of the rugby world cup, we broadcast the matches at the restaurant. Regarding the restoration, we take note of your return and we will not fail to take it into account.

Positiv: Excellent reception staff, really helpful, no question or request was too much trouble. The toilets and swimming pools areas were in the style of ancient Rome and the setting of the campsite is indeed spectacular, surrounded by vineyards around 3km from the main road. Pitch sizes are good and the WiFi was good. Water and electric also proved reliable too. Facilities in general are fantastic. Near to Carcassonne and other places to visit.

Negativ: Some short but steep hills to walk up from reception / pool / restaurant & bar

Positiv: Good management - clean. Good ablutions.

Negativ: Wi-fi does NOT work. We booked a style of pitch on pitch up but not available on arrival so charged extra - probably should not have agreed to pay. Quite steep in places…
