Negativ Pas très propre. Toilettes sales. Installations électriques manquent d’entretien, la prise de courant est cassée et mal fixée. Le lumières automatiques s’éteignent trop rapidement à la toilette et dans les douches, on doit terminer dans le noir. Si le client a payé pour s’insataller, il devrait pouvoir bénéficier des installation convenablement.

Positiv Facilities were just what we needed, well kept and clear. A very easily accessible site, and how well kept the area was made it easier to pitch our tent. Will definitely be back.

Positiv The location, the riverside walk directly from the site and a very short walk into the town with plenty of shops, cafes etc.
despite being very busy, the site still felt peaceful and quiet. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Negativ The smaller toilet block was very clean when I arrived but not by the time I left! More regular upkeep and cleaning of the facilities would be appreciated.

Positiv Easy to find and easy to get setup on the site. The map is clear and easy to use.

Negativ Very compact campsite. Facilities were very basic.
The app to pay for electric while easy to use, does not appear to have a refund option so we have not been able to reclaim the £8 electricity we didn’t use. We would not choose to come back to this site.

As a mixed holiday and residential park, individual residents are permitted a degree of personalisation within our park guidelines.

We also take pet policies seriously and expect all dogs to be kept under proper control. We apologise that a dog entered your caravan and will remind owners of their responsibilities to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Positiv The site was perfect for us! We were recceing a walk along the river so it’s location was ideal! Folk on site very were friendly. The site itself is very user friendly! Best site I’ve seen for automatic lighting and the CC cameras! All in all it’s a very good site!

Negativ Picnic benches under the trees, although don’t know what alternatives they have!
