Ruhiger, naturnaher Campingplatz neben Dartmoor, mit Wald und Fluss. Gäste loben Öko-Aspekte, Off-Grid-Charme und Ruhe. Schäferhütten und Bothys mit Holzöfen sind gemütlich und preiswert. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Kinder lieben den Wald und Fluss. Sehr empfohlen für einen ruhigen Ausflug.

A veritable oasis of peace and calm
Mini-Hütte Stables Eco-Bothy
Positiv Absolutely superb location on the edge of Dartmore, the site has woods and a small river. It is an eco conservation site, where it is mainly off grid.
We stayed in a bothy with own log burner and bbq area. The kitchen, toilets and showers were a ten second walk away.
There is also a bar.
The hosts are lovely, very helpful and committed to protecting the environment.
Highly recommended, especially if you want peace and quiet and/or like hiking the trails that run through the site.
