Positiv pitch was ok, once the grass was cut, the pub was idealy located, and staff seemed to be on the ball

Negativ food very expensive for pub style food, long delay in getting food after ordering, no cutlery with food and then had to wait for items that were missing. it wasnt a busy evening. there appeared to be a shortage of staff on every visit and long delays

Positiv Excellent stop, very good pitch’s with everything close to hand. The pub is great olde worlde with great food.

Positiv Beautiful location, so peaceful and felt safe and secure. Huge pitches, well spaced out. The restaurant is fab (if you eat in, they take that nights pitch fee off your bill) , easy location (not far from the main road), good for all - couples, families, solo campers. Very dog friendly.

Negativ Toilets/showers are tired, not tended too well (bit grubby and toilet roll running out), but they do the job and if you wear flip flops, it's fine. For the cost of the pitch, we were more than satisfied to compromise on this.

Positiv Facilities clean and nicely kept. The pub serves fantastic beer and wonderful food. Utterly exquisite food. The staff are very kind and helpful. A real sense of nothing being too much trouble.

Negativ We disliked the drizzly weather, but that wasn’t their fault.

Positiv Well kept field... spacious pitches... not crammed in.
Toilets/good hot showers/ washing up area attached to the pub
Well kept ales... fantastic food... relatively small menu, but all food Cornish sourced & cooked fresh to order.
Very friendly landlord, staff & locals.
I'll be back when down that way on my travels without a doubt.
