Positiv Tidy pitches and well kept grounds.
The young lady on reception couldn't do enough to help. She was friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to try and help sort a few issues we had. Toilets were clean, especially the new toilet/shower block.

Negativ Toilet rolls wernt topped up enough especially when the pitches wernt full, we still had to go from toilet to toilet to find loo roll.
No reception opening times on reception door and we had to telephone each time we wanted to see someone as they seemed to be always closed.

Toilet rolls are checked regularly unfortunately i cant get into the toilets when people are using them, I refill and check them as regularly as possible. If you had came across toilets without toilet roll, if you had informed me of this i could have rectified it for you straight away.
Reception opening times are informed to you on arrival, on the door it also states its open till 7pm and if no one is in reception to call the number on the door, I have several other jobs to do in and around site meaning reception cant be manned at all times, but i am always available via the phone.

We arrived after 8:30pm where the latest check in was at 7pm and the camp staff was waiting for us without any problems to check in us, big thank you for this😊
Campsite is kept very well , toilets clean every day , no problems with any blockages or missing toilet paper , everything was alway available. The camp team doing great job as you can not complain about anything.
Shop at the reception ,available fridge / freezer is a good idea.
We loved our camping pod , we had everything what we needed -electric, heating, bed with mattress.
All camp area is really nice ,and we highly recommended.
Thank you for welcoming us to your camp and for excellent time we enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

It is not usual practice for us to extend our last check in time but due to the extreme circumstances you and others encountered when travelling to us i was happy to wait for you to arrive.
There were a large number of people having the same issues when travelling to us that day, meaning that as a courtesy i extended my last check in time to just after 830pm.

I am pleased the pod was perfect for you and you had an amazing time

Positiv Loved the position of the campsite and our pitch was perfect!
The views of the Lakes were spectacular, and - before it got busy on the weekend - the peacefulness was unparalleled
Toilets and showers clean and well stocked
Having a fire in the pit was the perfect way to end the day
Lovely to have access to fridge and freezer
Rachael works really hard to make sure everyone is happy and the site is well looked after!

Positiv Generous pitch sizes, location, facilities were all absolutely brilliant. Easy access to fresh water. Our son loved the football pitch/goals and seeing the animals in the meadow.

The reception/store was really handy with a good selection of items. The firepits and wood available also great.

Most impressive of all were the really friendly hardworking, helpful and professional staff. Couldn't do enough to ensure a fabulous stay !

Positiv Great site and location! The lady in reception was very helpful.

I travelled solo with my dog and I felt very calm and comfortable on the family friendly site.

Positiv Amazing campsite, the pitch was perfect and well maintained. Came with a fire pit (you need to buy the wood from the owner)
Had good facilities!
Walking distance to a beach.
The owner of the place is lovely and happy to deal with any queries.
