Positiv Extremely clean, very friendly staff, spacious pitches, absolutely perfect place to go. i just want to elaborate on the cleanliness by the way, our pitch was right next to the toilet/shower block and i swear to god someone came every hour to clean up and they did a good clean as well, ive never been to a campsite with such perfection for cleanliness.

Positiv Lovely, well kept pitches. Toilet block was very clean and plenty of hot water. Staff were all helpful and engaged, went the extra mile. It’s a good location for walking and has a bus right outside for Southwold. We will be back. There is an onsite bar with good value pub meals.

Positiv Good sized pitches, great base for dog walks.

Negativ Toilets and showers could do with some work, minimal hot water, hand dryers did not work, doors, locks and handles need replacing

Negativ Toilet block was dirty and not cleaned the whole time we were there. Sand and hair on shower floor. Nothing open, Nothing in shop. Left early as we were bored.

Positiv Very nice site. The pools were great fun and the booking for an hour was a good idea and gave everyone a turn. Showers and toilets all very clean. Large pitches were excellent, and parks and football grounds great for kids.

Negativ The bar needs to be looked at as there is no real atmosphere or anything happening hence not used hardly in the week. Friday they had bingo and ran out of glasses only minimal amount. Its a shame as its a very nice area and could be a great food and drinking place.

Positiv I stayed camping for 3 nights, after reading a few bad reviews on here, I was a little nervous to go. However my experience was amazing, the staff were extremely helpful. My foot pump was broken so the maintenance man took them and blew up 2 beds for me. Reception lady was lovely and answered all my questions. The lifeguards were so kind and let my boys in early every session and were extremely polite ( even when asking them not to go down the slide head first), the man who kept the fishing lake, even gave us his own personal fishing rod to use as my sons one was no good. You couldn't have asked for a more friendly crew. The park was clean, bar was always opened, fishing was amazing, swimming was easy to book, so much for kids to do.

Negativ No pit fires was a big down full for us, the reception shop had nothing on its shelves and the main showers need a big update.

Positiv Had a good day and night at heathland Holiday Park my 11 year old enjoyed the swimming pool and the park on the motorhome park I didn't hardly see him it was quiet and the other campers was polite would definitely come again

Negativ Only thing I didn't like the was no amusement arcades for my son as we both like the 2p machines and trying to win prizes
