Positiv Quiet friendly site.. clean toilets and shower nice surroundings.. water access and hook up.

Negativ All was good as expected..

Positiv The place is very peaceful and relaxing.
There a great pub that does good food and drink that’s reasonably priced.

Negativ Nothing

Positiv Really lovely quiet site which only has a max of 5 pitches. Think it would feel less spacious with all pitches taken as I had it to myself !
Mum was really lovely and brought me some eggs in the morning
The shower and loos were clean with a few homely touches there which were appreciated

Negativ I was less happy with the WiFi. I had booked the site mainly because I had some work to do and needed it. My data had run out on my mobile. The WiFi access was not given to me initially. It was an open connection and had zero speed and kept cutting off I had to buy more data in the end which had I wanted to do that I could have stayed at a cheaper site
The daughter said she was unable to help as she was at work. I've had no follow up

Vom Platzbetreiber: I’m sorry to hear you are not pleased with our site. We did follow up as tried to call you twice as soon as we finished work and had no reply. My mum did welcome you onto site as a last minute booking and if you had specified Wi-Fi we would have recommended a pitch nearer the entrance to support your need. The WI-FI is free of charge and we are in the countryside so unable to offer super speed broadband. We also feel that our facilities are more than priced well.

Positiv It was so quite and toilets, shower very clean. I met Laura and her wonderful mum,the handy woman, all i can say is this is my go to place now. Can not fault it 1 bit. If you want to relax and have a great pub 5 mins away this is the place for you. It is small but that is good as you are not on top of each other.

Negativ Only booked 1 night a last min thing, but i am deffo going back.

Positiv This was our first trip since completing the conversion on my van so wanted a nice small site as a trial and error to see how we got on. This site was ideal as it only had two other vehicles on site, the site was equipped enough for our needs and it was great how quiet the site is and the size of the pitch was more than enough, Laura sent a txt confirming booking and I was given pitch number before arrival so no need to disturb the her on arrival, just drive straight in and pitch up. Toilets were clean and tidy as was the rest of the site. Our 2 dogs loved it as much as we did there's a nice little dog walk for them and a
Nice country pub just 10 mins walk away at most which served nice food.
We will be returning and would recommend if you like piece and quiet.

Negativ Nothing

Positiv This is a lovely small site. There is a small toilet block with a shower which was always nice and clean. There are some lovely walks from the site and we walked to Hallow without going on any roads. There is a pub nearby - The Open Ditch, which was good value, a bit further is The Crown at Hallow, a lovely big place with a nice garden and large carpark, which had a better menu and more choice, but more expensive.

Positiv We never got there till last but we was okay and found it nice and peaceful
