Appreciate the wild life, but for the money for the weekend the cabin windows haven't been cleaned for weeks also decking and glass screens

Blinds above door on way in were full of dead insects and dust ..

Had to call security at 11 : 15 sataurday pm due to people drinking after hours in pub garden 10mts from cabin keeping us awake.
People Not even staying on site ...

When approached wanted a fight ..

Couldn't be asked to complain and ruin the weekend but won't stay again...

Cottage in cove next time but that is my opinion...

Location is great, right on the doorstep of Durdle Door.
Toilets and showers were clean and the washing up area was large with loads of info and a fridge/freezer and microwave.

Syntes ikke om Some of the pitches are very sloped and I’m not sure our chocs would be enough if we had been given one of them. Just worth considering

Syntes om Beautiful location. Amazing beaches you can walk to. Simple camp site with a good park for kids.

Syntes ikke om Showers could do with an upgrade but they were mostly hot and no queues.

Syntes om Great location, easy access fresh water from anywhere. Was a decent stay.

Syntes ikke om The shower block is old and the water pressure barely there for most showers. When we had the power cut there was no back up power on site so had to stay most of the day without showers, food from the restaurant and shop.
Shepherds hut did not come with a fridge as stated on the site.

I am sorry that you had an issue with the showers, we experienced an unforeseen issue with the boilers which service the shower block, therefore affecting the water pressure at the time, I am sorry that this impacted your stay. With regard to the unplanned external power cut, we do not have a back up generator as this is not a viable solution for a park of our size. I do apologise for the impact the power cut had on your stay.

The fridge mentioned on the listing is the communal fridge in the pot was area, I have passed this concern to our account manager to review and state the fridge is not inside the Shepherd Hut.

Syntes om Location was fantastic, couldn't get any closer to adurdle door.

Syntes ikke om Power cut for many hours with no/vert little communication on the matter.
Caravan had not been cleaned properly on arrival condom (unused thankfully) packaging left in the bedroom and bathroom floor was still dirty.

This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness and presentation we expect for our accommodation, and we completely understand how unpleasant and disappointing this must have been. We have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team so that this can be addressed and the relevant checks reinforced.

In terms of the power cut, we had technical difficulties when trying to send out mass communication to all our guests and owners, and we apologise for the delay in when our communication would have reached you.
