Lady's Mile Holiday Park

Syntes om Family of four. We all had a brilliant time great facilities for all. Very clean well run site. Outdoor pool was a massive hit with the kids because we had such lovely weather but indoor pool was brilliant too.
Very spacious pitches up by the marquee bar which is also close to the path to the beach which is beautiful. Also play parks are well kept for the children.

Syntes om That you could book each morning for swimming rather than weeks in advance. We managed to get slots everyday.

The showers and toilets were always clean and tidy.

The shop was reasonably priced.

Restaurant did some lovely food and decent size for the money.

There wasn’t a field my children could play football ball. The Astro court was always busy and my two boys kept getting kicked off for larger groups to play matches. When asked if they could join in they were ignored. Boys were from the seasonal pitches.

Absolutely 0 signal as soon as you get to the campsite so had to pay for the WiFi on the pitches.

We understand your frustration regarding the mobile signal and the need to purchase Wi-Fi whilst on the park. Due to the park’s location, signal strength can vary depending on network provider, although we do offer Wi-Fi packages for guests who require internet access during their stay.

We also understand your disappointment regarding the swimming sessions. During busy periods, our booking system is in place to ensure fair access to the pools for all guests and to help everyone enjoy the facilities safely and comfortably. After 10.30 is is possible to check availability to book a further swim slot, it is just dependent on availability.

Syntes ikke om Too busy, no one was controlling the noise and we had people behind us being loud until gone 2am. The electric trips every 5 minutes. The shower rooms and toilets were below average, you actually had to lift a door to lock it. The app for booking swimming was temperamental and very easy to miss a space. The restaurant was really loud with kids screaming. Food was average. I didn’t see any patrols of the site. Kids were just doing whatever they wanted to do.

We’re very sorry, however, to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating noise disturbances late into the evening can be, particularly when trying to relax on holiday. We do have park rules in place regarding noise levels and guest behaviour, and we’re sorry you felt these were not enforced effectively during your stay. Our security team are available on site should guests need to report disturbances, especially during late-night hours.

We’re also sorry to hear you experienced issues with the electric supply and found the shower and toilet facilities below the standard you expected. Your comments regarding the condition of the facilities will be shared with the relevant teams for review.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the swimming booking app and understand that availability during busy periods can sometimes be frustrating.

We’re also disappointed to hear the restaurant atmosphere and food did not meet your expectations during your visit.

We’re sorry to hear, however, that you experienced difficulties with the pitch layout and maneuvering your caravan. We appreciate that space and accessibility are very important for touring guests, particularly on busier areas of the park. our pitches are 10 x 10 which is considered a good size.

We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the nearby toilet facilities being closed for part of your stay. We understand this would have been frustrating, and we appreciate your patience whilst any essential maintenance work was carried out.
