Syntes om Overall location and resort was really good. Shop was a good size, reasonably priced and had everything needed.

Beach shack, private beach and boat / board hire was brilliant.

Syntes ikke om Not a fault of the resort but couple of pitches were playing loud music all day most days.

Pool was expensive for the reduced rate. It’s quite shallow and even with the booking system, it was always busy and constantly getting hit by lots of people playing with a ball.

Would be good to have some entertainment for older children.

No WiFi around the site, given the lack of mobile signal, would be useful to check weather forecasts and use resort app

Syntes ikke om Unfortunately we would not come back as there is no part of the beach for dogs which is a shame. I also think a bit of the restaurant could be dog friendly

Syntes om We absolutely loved our stay at Ladram Bay. The beach was amazing and a real highlight for us — beautiful, easy to access from the park, and perfect for spending a relaxed day by the sea. We also loved being able to go kayaking, which made the stay feel really special.

The facilities were fantastic and everything felt really well looked after. The team were consistently helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference.

We also enjoyed walking to the nearby village for a scone and visiting the old mill. It was lovely to be able to leave the park on foot and explore somewhere local without having to drive.

Syntes ikke om The WiFi was poor, the pitches felt quite small, and we found the check-out time a little early, especially when you’re travelling in a motorhome and trying to pack up with children.

Overall though, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend Ladram Bay for families. The beach, facilities and friendly team made it a really memorable stop on our trip.

Syntes om Facilities were great. Toilet and shower blocks were hotel standard. We were at the top in our camper van and the views were stunning. The walk up and back to the club house etc was a bit steep so if you have mobility issues then that’s one to consider. Although you can drive down and park as the car park was quite big.

Syntes ikke om I had a very bad experience. Although I requested a cancellation or change of reservation date a few weeks ago, unfortunately they did not accept any of them and I was unable to get a refund or at least change the date.

Unfortunately, this means we are unable to offer a refund or amend the booking within this period. We're sorry you were disappointed with this outcome. We aim to apply our booking policy fairly and consistently across all guests. We do hope you'll consider staying with us in the future.

The private beach was amazing too.

Direct access to the costal paths

Syntes ikke om Brambles overhanging the pitch which my husband had to cut back as not to catch ourselves on and also there were brambles overhanging the walk to the club house/ beach.
