Syntes om Loved the site, just the right size. Pitches were a really decent size, we had a hardstanding with a covered picnic bench. We loved the music in the bathrooms!! Everything was clean and kept really lovely. Staff were great too

Lovely, clean, maintained pitch, spacious. Option of heated, roofed, picnic table.
Showers, toilets regularly cleaned. Heated, piped music. Nicely
decorated.
Lovely atmosphere in Ben's bar. Fully stocked bar. Welcoming staff.
Third visit, we will be back.
Hired the bikes to cycle to the pub, great fun.
Great location to Hunstanton beach.

Sharon, on reception was amazing. So helpful and nothing was too much for her
She gave us info on all the walks and things to do.
The pitch was a good size and we had the comfort pitch so had a hut with heater which was so nice
Bens bar is on site but only opens a few hours a day, and is reasonably priced.
50 minutes walk to Sandringham house from site, which is through the woodland. So peaceful
The toilets/showers are really clean. They are separate cubicles with toilet, sink and shower. Very spacious and hot water

It is near a road but it didn’t bother us at all

Syntes om The shower block was fantastic, always clean and plenty of space. The onsite bar is well stocked and the food served on Friday and Saturday was lovely. Staff were super helpful. I enjoyed it so much I've booked to go back next year.

Pitches were a good size with enough room in-between. Staff very friendly.

Syntes ikke om The bar was only open 1 night of our stay. It was a busy evening....so I cant understand when they dont open for more days.
The shower/ toilet block was clean but it felt a little 'tired'

Our bar opening hours do vary depending on the time of year and level of demand, and we appreciate that guests would sometimes like to see it open more frequently. It’s always helpful to receive this feedback, particularly when we’re reviewing our opening hours for future seasons.

We’re pleased you found the bathroom facilities clean. In terms of their appearance, the facilities have deliberately been designed to be in keeping with Pinecones and our natural surroundings. We don’t try to achieve a modern, minimalist look; instead, we prefer features such as the natural stone floors and brick walls, combined with modern fittings and individual private bathrooms. We appreciate that style is very much a matter of personal taste, but we feel this more traditional, natural finish suits the character of the site.

Syntes om Showers. Bar (the one evening it was open.)

Syntes ikke om I booked a grass pitch for a tent. The pitch had a flat area. But this area had been top dressed with chippings that you would usually see being used to resurface roads! To say this ruined my stay is an understatement. Moving about in my tent was most uncomfortable on my knees. Trying to sleep equally uncomfortable. Other grass pitches were also top dressed in this way. Finally this site is next to a somewhat noisy road.

We do kindly ask guests that, if they are unhappy with their pitch for any reason, they come up to reception and let us know. We will always do our very best to help, whether that means finding an alternative pitch that you would prefer or looking at another solution to make your stay more comfortable. We are here to help, and we would have been very happy to discuss this with you during your stay.

Regarding the road noise, this is something we are aware of. We have recently planted a further 100 conifers to help reduce the impact, although being conveniently located close to the bypass does mean that some road noise is unfortunately unavoidable.
