- No hi ha ningú a recepció després de les 17:30. Si creieu que arribareu més tard, aviseu el càmping per tal que l'equip us pugui proporcionar la informació necessària sobre la vostra unitat/parcel·la.
- La sala de jocs està oberta entre el 29/03 i el 02/11.
- Per a utilitzar la connexió elèctrica és necessari un cable d'almenys 10 metres.
- Es recomana als hostes portar una llanterna de bona qualitat, ja que algunes parts de l'establiment no estan ben il·luminades.
- Estan prohibides les flames a l'interior dels allotjaments de lloguer.
- Si la recepció està tancada a l'arribada, poseu-vos en contacte amb el número que apareix en la confirmació de la reserva.
- No es permet fer foc, barbacoes ni fogueres en condicions de temps sec, ventós o calorós.
- No es permet la càrrega de vehicles elèctrics a l'establiment.
- If you come with a motorhome, please specify if you have a continental unit, i.e., the door on the opposite side so that the site team can allocate the correct pitch. Campervan conversions without a fitted bed (or fixed seating converting into a bed), a means of fixed cooking within the vehicle, water and waste and fitted ventilation, will not be allowed. Any conversion must meet the DVLA's definition to be considered as such.

The site was clean and tidy
playground had plenty for the kids to play on and keep them entertained.
Toilets cleaned regularly
Pool was lovely
No em va agradar Not the campsite or within their control, the beach is very rugged, more of a rugged coastline.
The games room is very dated, needs updating, possibly a table tennis, air hockey, and new pool cues. There was a TV to watch, but you needed to get to the sofa and watch together. No chill-out area for older kids.
The on-site shop closed at 5pm with no option to use a vending service.
Wi-Fi is not included in the price.
Dogs wandering around off the lead, running up to tents and aggressively barking at other site users.
Toilets, showers and washing facilities need modernising
Osprey pitch was rock-hard, even though we were told it was a tent pitch, it must have been a hard standing pitch before

We apologize for the issues you encountered. The rugged coastline is indeed a natural feature beyond our control, but we understand it may not suit everyone's preferences. We're currently in the planning stages for new developments, including modernizing our washrooms and updating the games room. We have noted your suggestions for table tennis, air hockey, and new pool cues.
Regarding the on-site shop, our opening hours are from 8am until 6pm and Wi-Fi, is an optional extra as a lot of phone providers signal is reasonably good in most areas. We also regret the inconvenience caused by dogs off-lead had we been made aware at the time this could have been stopped immediately.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We are always trying to improve our methods and facilities and also our positive experience to all of our customers.

Absolutely beautiful site which is kept immaculate, very peaceful!

Em va agradar Can’t beat the view, it’s absolutely beautiful! We were fortunate enough to spot some dolphins early morning. The grounds itself are kept immaculate and the caravan was spotless. Arrived to extras such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits! Lovely little extras! We were also able to log into Netflix and Amazon prime which was perfect to chill out for a few hours after swimming in the onsite pool, which is also kept well maintained and is a really nice asset, my 7 year old really enjoyed the pool. We were able to buy a pool noodle but they also had inflatable balls and rubber rings etc, which were all reasonably priced in the small shop. The site is perfectly located in between Aberystwyth (15 min by car) and New Quay (40 mins). All I would say is, if visiting during hot days, it’s worth taking a fan!

No em va agradar They broke their own rule of no loud music, and no music at all at certain times by blasting the radio inside the toilet/shower block 24/7, felt like a club 18 to 30 definitely not what I needed 10 o’clock at night!!! or eight in the morning come to that. After managing peaceful rest or run the site to walk in there and have it ruined quite a shock definitely not why I expected.

No em va agradar Phone signal a bit iffy and wi-fi was payable. With a beautiful view comes exposure and it can get windy on the cliff-top!

We regret that you weren't able to use the outdoor swimming pool during your stay. Our pool is open from 10am until 5pm, and we hope you'll have the opportunity to enjoy it next time.
We understand the challenges with phone signal and Wi-Fi. The signal can be inconsistent due to factors beyond our control, such as weather and our cliff-top location. We do offer optional Wi-Fi for those who need it.
