- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/04 et 30/10 (subject to weather conditions).
- The grocery shop is open between 29/03 et 31/10.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Reception is unmanned after 5:30 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- The games room is open between 29/03 and 02/11.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- If you come with a motorhome, please specify if you have a continental unit, i.e., the door on the opposite side so that the site team can allocate the correct pitch. Campervan conversions without a fitted bed (or fixed seating converting into a bed), a means of fixed cooking within the vehicle, water and waste and fitted ventilation, will not be allowed. Any conversion must meet the DVLA's definition to be considered as such.

Liked: Level pitch with plenty of room and stunning views. Swimming pool suited as it was quite. Staff were excellent and very informative.
Disliked: A little narrow road with passing places for the last 2 miles.

Liked: Amazing smiling face check in experience, brilliant scenery view, clean and convenient facilities.
Disliked: Pitch has dedicated electric and water supply access, pitch size is not spacious but sufficient for a 6m tent.

Liked: Fantastic location. Amazing ocean views from my pitch. The sunsets over the ocean its absolutely stunning!
Very clean facilities and a well maintained site with lovely staff. Coastal walks in both directions. Had a lovely time there with my dog and will go back for sure.
Disliked: Awful music playing from morning to night from a neighbour, a lovely family and I don't think they realised but it was relentless all day every day. Could do with a few more food options in the shop. The beach is extremely rocky so you can't really walk on it but that didn't ruin anything.

Liked: Was a lovely, very well cleaned place to stay with amazing views.
My little boy loved the pool which was well kept and warm.
Very clean and looked after site.
Showers and toilets were looked after throughout our stay and very clean.
We arrived late due to a road closure but they kept in contact with us and made sure they stayed open to allow us onto the park.
Lovely park for the children.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t dislike.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the sea view and swimming pool, but we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you mentioned.
We apologize for the condition of the pitch and the unfinished roads. We are actively working on improvements and upgrades and hope to have these resolved soon.
We explained on the phone following on from your mistake and your wrong day booking, we could only fit you in on one of our pitches we are developing.
As the weather has been so dry since March all of the pitches feel really hard on the ground and is not turf laid on gravel as you mentioned, thus the reason you struggled to get your windbreak/privacy screen into the ground.
The pitch you had origianlly booked was on one of our established motorhome pitches and not on one of our new 'campervan' pitches and unfortunately we have been fully booked on most pitches including the 'unfinished' pitches.
Your comments about the staff and the shop are concerning, this is always a one sided argument but we are aware of our actions.
The shop has been stocked as described in the descriptions of the park on our online pages, unless you have not planned forward before arriving with us you will always have to stock up with big food items, we have enough stocked from salt & pepper to tinned foods and even fresh fruit and veg.
