Em va agradar Very friendly. Good food. The owner or manger was a really nice guy who kept the bar open just for us to see the world cup final. The pitch was large, flat and easy to set up an awning

Food at the restaurant was really good and the service was great

No em va agradar Aqua park activities not available Monday and Tuesday although not advertised as such.
Restaurant closed early on these days also (5pm), luckily we had cooking facilities and food.
No grey water disposal available.
No washing up facilities.
Toilets and showers only cleaned once in 3 days and not well cleaned.
No play area for children.
Piches not marked out, we we not sure if we were within our pitch.

We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations.

Our Aqua Park operates on selected days, and these opening days are clearly advertised on our booking information before guests make a reservation. Our restaurant also closes earlier on Mondays and Tuesdays outside of peak periods, and these opening hours are published in advance.

We would also like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. Washing-up facilities are available within our shower block, and all camping pitches are clearly numbered to help guests identify their allocated pitch.

Our toilet and shower facilities are cleaned daily, and we’re disappointed to hear they did not meet the standards we expect during your visit. We will, however, review your comments with our team.

While we appreciate that not every campsite will suit everyone’s preferences, we always aim to ensure our facilities and services are accurately represented before booking. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best with your future camping trips.

Em va agradar Only 20 min walk to sandwich, rail links and bus routes. Breakfast was lovely at the whitemills cafe. Very small site, was nice and clean.

No em va agradar Not enough hooks or shelves in shower cubicle and no shelves to put your washing bag by the sink.

Em va agradar Sauberer Campingplatz mit nettem sehr hilfsbereitem Personal und toller Atmosphäre. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein kleiner Laden mit Obst und Gemüse. Das Restaurant hat tolle Speisen und der Wasserpark ist grandios! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

No em va agradar Die Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe ist gerade im Sommer sehr laut. Wer mit Ohropacks schlafen kann, hat aber kaum Probleme.
Ein Spielplatz außerhalb des Wasserparkes der immer genutzt werden kann, wäre toll!

Em va agradar Sadly never stayed. Really poor customer service with the owner. Very noisy campsite with A road on top of the campsite. So unfortunately we wanted peaceful escape. Instead it was loud vehicles driving past.

No em va agradar We arrived at the campsite ready for a relaxed & peaceful experience. But sadly soon as we got there shortly noticed it wasn’t so quiet. Which I feel should be mentioned on the sites. Owner wouldn’t refund. Rude and poor communication.

Em va agradar Fantastic site had a great time staff was excellent food was brilliant as well .shower blocks excellent very clean and tidy.facilities at the site if you loved waters sports is fantastic .we will definitely visit again . Liked it was walking distance to the sandwich.

Em va agradar The site was cute, a little small but pretty with 3 little lakes for different activities, a petrol station and shops a 2 minute drive away. Cafe on site and toilet and washing facilities. The food is reasonably priced and there is a lovely little ice cream bar too. The aqua park is smaller then bewl water but probably a better fit for little ones. It is lovely but it was the smallest campsite we have been to the last few years.

No em va agradar The only minor sides were that we paid for a £7 swim and had to pay £14 to buy boyancy aids rather then just have the opportunity to hire. I've been to a few others where you havent had to pay for the aids or wetsuits. There also wasn't a play area for the kids which is usually a nice bonus at family camping. The people in the pitch next to us had also taken a big chunk of our pitch which I pointed out to the person who led us to our pitch which he acknowledged but didn't do anything about which was a shame and the women's toilets kept either running out of toilet roll or the toilet roll was stuck as well as constant wet floors as we didn't see a cleaner at all.
