The toilets was far away from where we was pitched.

We're sorry to hear that the road noise affected your stay and that the distance to the toilet and shower facilities from your pitch wasn't as convenient as you had hoped. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of an on-site pub. While we don't have a pub at Thorpe Farm Centre, we do recommend the nearby Morritt Hotel, which offers evening meals and a welcoming bar area.

First time booking a grass pitch, so much easier putting up awning

No em va agradar We were on a pitch closest to road, had read reviews so were prepared for this.
Didn't feel we could walk round the lake with it having a barrier (which was a shame)
Internet not great, luckily warm weather and son forgot to take his tablet anyway 🤣
Lots of dogs off lead
Neighbours coming onto our pitch, Neighbour decided to take a snooze infront of our caravan wrapped in a blanket, my little boy didn't see her and nearly hit her with a ball.

We also apologise for the issues you experienced with dogs being off lead and neighbouring guests encroaching on your pitch. Em va agradar Great facilities which were clean and tidy, we stayed on a grass with electric pitch we enjoyed the Sunday Carvery at the Farm shop, the location was great for cycling routes.

No em va agradar Proximty of the touring pitches to the A66 made it noisy, even with the roof of our campervan pulled down the road noise prevented a decent nights sleep

Being located alongside the A66 does mean that some guests notice traffic noise more than others, particularly when staying on the touring pitches closest to the road. Em va agradar We took our grandaughters away, 1st time for the youngest.
They loved the farm and the park, the eldest loved the tyre swing. The soft play was a hit also as it was lovely and cool with the air con, as it was a hot weekend.

We're delighted to hear your granddaughters had such a wonderful stay, especially the youngest on her first camping trip! It's fantastic that they enjoyed meeting the animals, playing in the park, and that the tyre swing was such a hit.
