Понравилось The staff were all lovely.
The toilet / shower facilities were lovely but only 2 of the 3 showers were working.
Massive field for dog walking / throwing balls.
Animal enclosures with goats, llamas, pigs to walk round.
Shop was huge, which was well equipped with supplies, even frozen foods ready for you to cook...pies, croissants, scones etc
Restaurant inside the shop area too looked nice (never tried!)
Antique /reclaimed shop
Craft shop

Не понравилось The pitches were RIGHT NEXT to the A66. A wall and trees were between you and the road. Constant noise throughout the night from lorries.
Yes, the web site states pitches close by to a road but DOSEN'T state which road. And very +++ noisy.
Pitches weren't level at all. It took over 2 hours to try to level caravan with blocks but it never happened, so we were on a nose-dive to the left slant for the week.
We didnt have children with us but I noticed only 1 play park at the entrance. Where we were pitched, there were trees with 2 tyre swings. Maybe another play park here would benefit.
No wifi either. Park needs its own. If it did, we couldn't connect to anything...even our own mobile data didn't work and we were very close to a mast.

Понравилось Spacious pitches.
Own water tap next to the electric meter
Farm shop with lots of groceries along with frozen items/meals.
Restaurant inside the reception/shop
On site animals
Very large dog walk area

Не понравилось Very uneven grass pitches. Couldn't at all get the caravan to level out, even with leveling blocks underneath the legs.
Grass pitches situated right next to the very busy A66 road, so heard lorries all through the night, and very heavy traffic throughout the day. (It does state that pitches are next to a busy road on the website but not about how busy or which busy road it is!)
Grass pitches are 5 minute walk to the toilet/shower block.
No-one (park rangers) drives around to see if everything ok!
What i had seen was only the one play area for the children and this was situated at the entrance car park. Didn't bother us as we didn't have children with us but they could benefit from another play area for children in the touring part, as there was only tyre swings.
Don't know if touring area has WiFi as we were never told about it.

Понравилось Everything thing about thorpe farm is excellent I took my granddaughter she loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff iv been there several times now and never been disappointed.

Не понравилось Nothing perfect 👌 for adults and children.

Понравилось Staff are absolutely amazing, nice food and good facilities

Не понравилось Only downside is traffic noise from A66, which can’t be controlled so take your earplugs!

Понравилось Facilities are good. Although we didn’t need to use the showers. What we saw looked very clean. Farm shop and cafe excellent and dog friendly.

Не понравилось Road noise. However, it is advertised so we did know before we booked.

Понравилось An enjoyable one night stop albeit on one of the hottest days of the year, so didn’t really get chance to explore the site. Very clean facilities. Delicious food in the restaurant and the best cherry scones from the farm shop. Had read reviews about traffic noise but really didn’t notice it.
