Aquest càmping gaudeix d'una ubicació preciosa i tranquil·la al costat del riu, lloada per les seves impressionants vistes i accés directe a l'aigua per nedar i fer paddleboard. El personal és molt amable, especialment Kaz. Les instal·lacions són excepcionals. La flexibilitat per acampar i la proximitat a llocs històrics i pubs són populars. No em va agradar Not the campsite's fault but there was a lot of noise until late from tractors working the nearby fields. Spoilt the peace rather a lot for me. Also some late night vehicle movements on the site.

Em va agradar The simplicity was exactly what we craved. It was basic, but good basic. The idea of portaloos fills most with terror but these were so clean, they put some of the "better" equipped campsites we have stayed at to shame. The people on site were proper neighbours, Kaz and her gorgeous pup were just lovely, the scenery and the river were beautiful (we barely got out of the river, between kayaking and swimming it was very much our happy place).

Em va agradar Don’t trust your sat nav. Look out for sign on corner ‘Camping” in the village! Felt welcomed and informed on arrival by Kaz . Plenty of space and choice of pitch with only rule (sensible) being 10 metres apart ! Tranquil location next to river. Dog friendly.

Em va agradar We had a fantastic stay at this campsite. The location is hard to beat, set in the beautiful village of Fotheringhay with stunning views across the surrounding fields. It was peaceful, scenic and the perfect place to unwind.
The toilets were kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. Another real highlight was the campsite's location right next to the river, which was perfect for swimming or paddleboarding.
Overall, it's a beautiful, well-maintained campsite in an idyllic setting, and we'll definitely stay here again.
No em va agradar The only downside to our stay was the campsite's no-visitors policy. We hadn't realised this when booking through Pitchup, as it wasn't mentioned there, and we'd arranged for a few friends to join us for a barbecue to celebrate my wife's birthday.
To be fair to the campsite, once we explained the situation they were very understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be to make the visitor policy more prominent on the booking page to help avoid similar misunderstandings for future guests. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the campsite.
