Excellent site with level pitches and great hosts

Em va agradar Louise and Steve are great hosts and genuinely can't do enough to make sure your stay is managed well.
The electric pitches to the front of the site are of a decent size and electric is payable as cash or as the total amount at the end.
We paid in £10.00 increments and any credit is returned to you, there are meters by the pitch showing your credit.
Phone signal is intermittent on O2.
No em va agradar NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SITE - The pub down the road keeps very random hours and was not open on a Thursday evening and Landlady closed the pub around 21.30 on the Friday.
My wife who is easy going thought a shelf in the ladies toilet would have been helpful.

Perfect for a short break

Em va agradar Our first time camping and everything was great, we went for Easter bank holiday weekend had 2 nights here and from the moment we entered the site everything was great the owners are lovely, we was on the first field, all level and nice grass to pitch up on which we was worried about at this time of year. Felt safe on site which we wasn’t sure with it being our first time, 15 min from mabelthorpe where we spent some time, about 30 min to ingoldmells where we spent one of our days. Absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back again. Good value for money also.

Em va agradar The site is lovely and peaceful, lovely chilled weekend, Louise and her husband are lovely host, nothing too much trouble. the grounds are well kept, toilet and shower room nice and clean, £2 for a hot shower in a nice clean room worth every penny. Nice lady on site ( didn’t get her name ) even asked if we wanted anything from Louth, which we thought was very nice. We will definitely be back. Thanks Carol n Matt

We are aware that on bank holidays there may be a short wait for the shower. We went for quality rather than quantity. It is more than adequate the rest of the season. We will monitor the situation going forward.
