不喜欢 Pod 9, broken bed missing slats, resulting in an injury. Reassured a manager Karen would be available on Monday morning as she needed to speak to me. No manager available, receptionist very dismissive “least nobody was injured” clearly didn’t read the accident form and receptionist states pods are going as they are past their best! Details wrote on a scrappy bit of paper on departure, no follow up call from manager Shocking!

不喜欢 Need to update rules No gazebos, no pup tents, no commercial vehicles signs up at reception, also on pitch up, all present on site so why mention it. My own van campervan without windows fell unsure of the welcome I’d receive. Didn’t like receptionist bad mouthing the race teams and the Belgium’s to other guests checking in and offering to move them pitches, not offered to myself must be VIP guests as didn’t even mention the coaches, trucks and pit crews to me. Not acceptable to have race cars driving around site be interesting to know the insurance status and also being repaired lots of cutting and grinding taking place Friday morning also blocking access in to the top field. Toilets and showers need cleaned a lot more regularly

喜欢 Great pitches large size, clean and tidy site, friendly welcome. Appreciated Mary putting us to Adults only top of site. Clean toilet block 10 minutes walk to local pub with nice beer garden Central location to Bridlington, Hornsea, Skirlington

不喜欢 Shower basic and only one, but it’s on the radar for refurbishment/replacement, so fair play

喜欢 Fantastic views, very pleasant farmer told us we were welcome to get in field with the animals, nice little river. Amazing fresh eggs available. Large spacious pitch Enjoyed the peace, camp fire and relaxing stay.

喜欢 Nice pub and great food easy walk into little village has a shop a butcher's and 2 pubs serving food both have gardens.

不喜欢 Rude argumentative receptionist, booked using pitchup for a hard standing pitch, there were none available. I arrived to be told you are on the grass I tried to explain I booked a hard standing and had a email confirmation as proof of purchase. She raised her voice and became argumentative stating somebody has called you and you said it was ok, again trying to explain nobody had called me and if they had I would not have travelled to Scoutscroft. This lady is seriously lacking empathy or any customer service skills, instead we are giving you a £10 food voucher because of the difference in the pitch prices, so in effect £4 compensation for the inconvenience not good enough. Should have been given a refund for the pitch price, an apology and the voucher as a good will gesture. Nice site shame the receptionist tainted my weekend on arrival.
