喜欢 It was are first time caravanning, staff were very helpful on arrival, the pitches were spotless and large, shower/toilet block were very clean and warm, the whole site is massive and very well looked after. We will be coming back again soon

喜欢 The pitch we was put on was a noce hard standing pitch with electeic and good decent soze bit of grass foe our dog ti be able ti pmay outaide our camper (on lead)

不喜欢 We asked upon arrival about entertainment my wife really wanted ti do bingo and was told it wasnt on until after the next evening when we checked out! Yet after sitting in the bar eating dinner bored there was infact bingo on which ruined our evening was very boring and limiting in the evening also founs the food not so great.

喜欢 Not much but the toilet blocks were clean.

不喜欢 Sloping pitch, really old electric hook ups. Rubbish piled up near the toilet block. Disinterested staff. Basically turned up, parked, looked around site and was so unimpressed went home. Just a note for any female travelling alone there is no mobile signal so not safe.

喜欢 Big site with plenty off space for walking around

不喜欢 No allocated ball play field, toilets blocks not cleaned enough. More clear information about activities and pool bookings need to be in place. No phone signal and site WiFi to price 😑

喜欢 Very friendly staff and dog friendly.

不喜欢 Shower and toliet block the floor was not mopped enough, as I don't think the cleaning team get enough time allocated. They kept toilets and sinks clean and top up the roliet paper

喜欢 Camping pitches were big with plenty of space. park apparently had 5,000 guests over the course of the week but never felt busy at all

不喜欢 Lacks good quality senior leadership in my opinion as room for improvement in some areas. For example, shop ran out of water milk and ice cream and was out of stock for 2/3 days. Plus no opening hours displayed so had no idea if the shop would even be open. No information on display about kids evening entertainment, had to ask reception who couldn’t tell me, so went and asked in the bar who then told me where it was and what time it was on. No info given about how to go about swimming, IE if you need to book, how to book, what time the pool is open etc.

喜欢 We like the size of the park, the pitch was good too.
The pony trekking on site was great

不喜欢 Staffing was appalling .
WiFi that I paid for wouldn’t connect.
Arcade was over priced and dismal.
Pool wasn’t manned, no lifeguard, wasn’t monitored . Also was booked up very quickly we weren’t warned of this .

Entertainment was poor
Water was off for the first two days in blistering heat.
Showers were dirty .
We wouldn’t go back

喜欢 Nice campsite, clean showers (although they were boiling hot), nice pitch.

不喜欢 There were issues with the water for both days we were there so we weren't able to access the toilets in our field, plus I think there was maintenance work going on till 11pm (a loud engine/machinery type noise). The shop wasn’t very well stocked, no bacon or sausages in the morning. Entertainment was very basic.
You have to pay for the wifi each day.

喜欢 Good size of the pitch.
Plenty of facilities and decently maintained.
Very kind staff.
Pet friendly

不喜欢 Price of the pub.
More trees to provide more shade. It was unbelievably hot.
Issue with the water, some showers and toilet blocks were closed for two days. Although it was not their fault, it was very disruptive to our stay.
