喜欢 Beautiful location, very close to Praa Sands beach. Great for dog owners and lots of space for kids to run around. We had a brilliant stay ( 3 nights) and will definitely come back !! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Best thing about this place apart from the above I’ve mentioned, is the freedom to pitch up where you like on the fields, and camp fires and barbecues are allowed too as long as they are safe. No stickler staff checking up on you constantly-they just leave you to enjoy the beautiful area in peace and are very welcoming on arrival. We will be returning for sure! I’ve been camping a lot to other places and this is by far the best campsite, very well priced where you can just totally relax. Down at the beach ( 5mins walk down the rd), there’s an amazing beach bar, food is very tasty, next door to this is The Welloe where again, the food is lovely, must try the pizzas, all great staff in both places. There’s a wetsuit/ bodyboard hire place, accessible toilets and a beautiful stretch of beach - fantastic for everyone and dog friendly. Just left today and already planning our next trip back, thank you for making our first trip to Cornwall so pleasant. Best field to stay in is one closest to facilities , but get there early if you can.

不喜欢 Toilets could have perhaps better facilities and an update in showers but that’s it and to be honest it’s pretty minor considering you’ve got everything else with the scenery and location and is just mainly cosmetic. The utility room is great, fast washing machine cycles and a hot dryer to dry off clothes at a reasonable price- bring coins! Little honesty shop in sure where you can get a couple of basics like washing liquid.

来自经理: Hi Victoria, I'm really sorry to hear this and wish you had come in and told us when you were here, we could have come straight out and gone through them again, and with the amount of people on site that have been more than pleased with the facilities, i can only imagine you unfortunately used hem after others were in them and got them to this point. However as ever i have used your feedback and gone back to who cleans the showers and toilets and reiterated what needs to be done etc. I was also camping over the weekend , on site and i found them to smell clean and fresh but did see areas for improvement. I have fed this all back.
Regarding not being able to charge your phone, I'm not sure why, we have on site facilities for this, located in the laundry room with full instructions on how to use them.

喜欢 Lots of space and you can pitch up wherever you like.
Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Good for families.
Short walk to a great beach and plenty of places to see in the surrounding area.
Good showers with unlimited hot water.

不喜欢 Limited facilities for men and unfortunately not clean during our stay - often no paper in the loos!
Couldn’t charge our phones

喜欢 clean toilets and showers. Nice quiet site but not very flat. Beach only a 10 minute walk

不喜欢 shop on site for necessities, but all that was in there was ketchup, beans, sanitary towels, sweets and washing up liquid. Was expecting things like bread and milk!

喜欢 Help yourself herb garden, lovely quotes all around the site and on back of toilet doors in walking distance of lovely sandy beach and lovely bar and restaurant

喜欢 Peaceful, clean, lovely view of Praa Sands and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The gentleman at reception helped me get my gas working too!

喜欢 Beautiful location.

Great campsite to use as a base for days out. Lands End, Lizard Point, St Michaels Mount, Falmouth and St Ives all easily accessible.

Toilets were what you expect on a campsite and cleaned and toilet roll topped up frequently. Small number of showers and toilets for men / boys compared to the women / girls.

There was a small honesty shop on site (could have a wider range of items stocked).

This is no reflection on the campsite, the beach was close but was accessed by a steep, narrow, winding road. My daughter has mobility issues and really struggled. Big mistake on my part not having done more research :(
