喜欢: I love it here - I’m a regular cold water swimmer in the pond and decided to stay over on a Sunday night. I had the field to myself! If you’re used to a top spec campsite you’ll find the facilities basic but they’re fine. Nice veggie roll for breakfast. Great staff. Dog friendly pub and good walks nearby, plus one straight from the field into the woods. Birdsong by night and by day.

喜欢: Quiet site, nice to sit by the lakes, the toilets are down a bit of a steep walk but were always clean and didn't need to wait. Washing up basic but fine and we did have good weather. Pitches for campers just by the side of the road up to the campsite, we were in a VW van so we could fit easily into pitch 4. Good instructions to find the place/pitch sent in advance.

喜欢: Gorgeous scenery, could have sat here for days! We enjoyed swimming in the lake, very refreshing. The cafe was very convenient and great value for money, great food. Great location; restaurants and shops nearby.

不喜欢: We were on pitch 13 tenting and the ground was at a slant so that made for an uncomfortable sleep.

喜欢: Love this peaceful site with few pitches that makes for a calm and restful stay. Amazing if you like swimming- you can have a swim later in the day for free. The lake is like swimming in a wildlife pond and is great in all seasons. Really friendly staff with an excellent cafe. Lots of opportunities for pubs/walks locally around the hamble.

不喜欢: Would like the opportunity to have a raised campfire when cold.

Wetsuits at the ready – if you’re into your watersports you’ll have plenty to pick from around here. Swanwick Marina is 10 minutes’ walk away for sailing training, and there’s paddleboarding, windsurfing and kayaking on the Hamble 15 minutes’ drive away. Kitesurf kit hire and lessons are 40 minutes away on the other side of the river. Take a break from the big blue for a wander around Holly Hill Woodland Park, five minutes away by car, or a sea-view stroll through Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, 20 minutes away. SeaCity Museum, Solent Sky Museum and the Tudor House and Garden in Southampton are worth a visit too, and there are shops, restaurants and a cinema at the city’s West Quay. Cross the River Hamble to hit the New Forest National Park, 25 minutes’ drive away, for a walk, bike ride or horse ride or a trip to meet the furry and feathered residents of the New Forest Wildlife Park. It’s also worth trundling along to the classic car collection at Beaulieu’s National Motor Museum (35 minutes away).

到店前7天内不得修改订单。
更改订单需支付£5.00 (¥46.99)的费用。

入住

不接受 3 位及以上的成人团体订单（情侣和直系家庭成员除外）。
不接受通过 Pitchup.com 预订的女士/男士聚会。
不接受通过 Pitchup.com 预订的、达到或超过 3人（情侣除外）的单性别团体订单。
营地仅接待家庭（直系成员）和情侣 - 不接受其他任何团体的预订。

到店和离店

如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。
营地将在您到店前1天向您发送更详细的入住信息。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
建议住客自行携带高质量手电筒，因为部分营地区域没有照明。
禁止携带枪支。

接待处

接待处17:00下班。如果您预计在此时间之后到店，请在路上告知公园，以便团队提供有关您的露营单元/场地的信息。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
必须给狗狗纹身或植入芯片。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
狗不得进入主要场所和便利设施。

访客

来宾车辆不得进入营地。
访客必须在18:00前离开露营场所。

车辆

从23:30至06:00不得有车辆运行。

通用条款

Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch. 只有在营地能够成功转租您预订的装置/单元时，方可于所示取消期内退款。
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
从20:00}到08:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。

其他条款

Lake open-water swimming is not included in the rate and is charged at £7 per person for a day ticket. Swimming is only available Wednesday to Sunday.

No swimming while divers are in the lake. The lake must not be used after hours or when no staff are on site, as it's a deep diving training lake and can be dangerous.

Dogs are not allowed in the lake at any time.

The toilets and changing rooms are open 24/7 when there are campers are onsite. An additional outside unisex toilet is always open, and an additional disabled loo will made available on arrival for any disabled guests.
