Ik was blij met Location, staff, beach vibe and lovely food/coffee. Did not swim or use sauna this time better they're competitively priced and id use them if we return

Ik was blij met Amazingly unique set up with a beautiful view of the lake to wake up to.

Lake beautiful to swim in. Wildlife all around, water surprisingly warm.

Close to attractions like utility bowl

Ik was niet blij met Pitch 1 not very level which isn’t a problem with the van when you have chocks. However, when trying to sit round a camp table makes it a little tricky.

Different pricing for swimming from the original email. Even with a discount code that wouldn’t work online. Reception offered to honour the emailed price. (I think it was a old email they are still using)

Ik was niet blij met Pitches were not really pitches, certainly not for motorhomes, water tap on the side of the road was a problem, when stopping to fill tank we would have to move so cars could get past to the field. Cars driving past too quickly were also kicking up gravel on to the van. Sign for pitch number was overgrown, electric hookup cable looked like it was just an extention, not sure how that would fare on the floor in bad weather!
Staff had an after work dip, which was great, no problem with that, but one member of staff got pushed in and retaliated by shouting and calling him a F*** C***, I have a problem with this as there was a young child in the van next to us, sat there listening to this.

Ik was blij met It is secure, scenic and near by access to shops. We were 6 families total of 26 people and we had good time there. Kids loved it too.

Only one small request is to increase number of toilets, currently there are 2 toilets each for male and female and it appears not enough in the crunch time given total capacity of camps are 14 and outside people visiting people for diving and swimming are roughly 20 to 30 at times between 9 to 10:30. So we are talking about 40-50 campers + 30 to 40 swim visitors with 4 toilets especially in the Morning time. Rest great staff and good atmosphere!!

Ik was blij met I loved everything about this site. The lake is just beautiful, it was lovely to be able to swim in nature, everybody was so friendly. I used the sauna and the ice plunge which was fantastic. The pitch I was on was spacious and felt private. The showers whilst not amazing were perfectly fine and did the job. The little shop and cafe had some great products and cooked some lovely foods. I would recommend Andark to everyone but wouldn’t want it to be too busy to be able to come back.

Ik was niet blij met I had stayed before a few times and was always happy
Unfortunately I had made a mistake on my booking date and called to change it as couldn't do it on line
I contacted the office over 4 different days and was told I would be called back but never happened.
I sent 3 emails to chase and also had no reply.
A real shame such a lovely site but very poor customer service
