Was fine for one overnight stay.
不喜欢 No personal contact from owner just a phone call asking us to go to her house to pay.
No off lead dog walking. Only walks on nearby , quite busy roads.
No shops or pubs within walking distance.
Was difficult to access with a large motorhome on narrow country roads

喜欢 Het is een rustige camping vlakbij Penrith. Mooie plek om een of twee nachtjes te staan op doorreis. Sanitair is heel eenvoudig.
不喜欢 We konden geen afwasplek vinden. Toch wel iets wat hoort bij een camping.

Attractive and relaxed setting near Hall and easy access to M6

喜欢 All nice flat pitches with grass and hardstanding. Nice friendly host. Near attractive Hall. So easy to get on get back on M6 but can’t hear it from site.

Great for peace and quiet, get away for a relaxing holiday

喜欢 WOW..... What a great site for adults. Margaret greeted us when we arrived. We pitched our caravan in a lovely spot. Water, electric and waste drain all on our hard standing pitch. Bit of a slope but we coped. Toilets and showers were lovely and clean. The regulars were very friendly and helped us to put up our awning. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely views. Got to mention the robotic grass mower,

不喜欢 Very poor facilities. One shower /toilet for each men and women. Not massive plots. No WiFi or guidance of the area
