- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Lovely, quiet spot with friendly hosts & great surroundings. Spacious pitches, good hook-ups. Toilets/showers clean but basic. Good M6 stopover. Limited dog walking, no washing-up.

Liked Margaret was very welcoming and helpful. Great location to get to off the M6 and A66. Could quickly get to Ullswater, Keswick and Reghed from the site. Local amenities a short journey away at Penrith.

Liked Very friendly and welcoming owner , very clean shower block , nice quiet site with amazing views, very close to a66 which was handy , good base if travelling around the lakes

Liked We stayed midweek so it was nice and quiet. Clean facilities with a lovely hot shower. Short walk to the nearest pub and bus stop.
