喜欢 Location was very good, visited Woodhall spa, Louth and the Lincolnshire wolds during our 3 night stay. Loved the fact the pub was next door. The owners were very friendly and the site was well maintained. Will definitely be back😁

喜欢 Lovely little site adjacent to a friendly welcoming Pub where the food was excellent.
Very friendly welcome when we arrived at the site and shown our pitch . Everywhere was clean and well maintained .

喜欢 We loved the pitch with electric and it was level and no need for the levellers. It was very peaceful and quiet and having the pub a few minutes walk away was very convenient.
We had a lovely welcome from the owner who walked us to our pitch.
There were free range chickens which was lovely to see and our dog Milo loved to sit and watch them.
The shower was warm and with a good flow rate.
Overall it was a lovely stay

不喜欢 I think the shower is in need of updating although perfectly adequate.
The shower fan didn’t work so it was very steamy when getting out of the shower.

We’re glad you appreciated the constant hot water and good pressure in the shower. No push buttons here, so you can enjoy your shower without the water deciding to call it a day just as you’re covered in soap!

As for the steam, the showers do have windows which can be opened although perhaps it must have been quite a long, relaxing shower to create your very own tropical climate! 😂
We do take your comments about the fan and updating the shower on board.

喜欢 Nice quiet little campsite close to Woodhall spa Village .
Fishing onsite ( small lake ) didn’t catch loads but all fishings unpredictable!
Lovely grass pitch was quiet when we went .All the facilities you would expect 2 shower /toilets ( one of which is a huge disabled one ) and a separate toilet Although little dated they were all lovely and clean .Wifi was great and phone reception too ,which was a godsend as blokes fishing all day ! I could relax watch Netflix when I wanted and plan our next fishing trip .Would return but maybe not just yet as new to caravanning so plenty to explore .
Great hosts Paul /Fiona? loved Pauls tank ! And the honesty shops a great idea
Chicken free roaming ,were hysterical to watch !

不喜欢 Loved it there !
Maybe suggest a sensor light in bathroom some people leave them on !
Few unwelcome insects in there
The water tap was positioned sideways which was little awkward

Thank you also for your suggestions. The taps are adjustable to allow barrels to be placed underneath, and we have plans for sensor lights to be fitted in the shower block during our next site maintenance period.

喜欢 Small site, very friendly owners. The honesty shop/hut is a great bonus. Bonus of a pub next door. Lovely village with plenty of local attractions.

不喜欢 Hooks for clothing and towels in the showers and a shower caddy to put shampoo etc. A seat/bench in showers as difficult to get dressed.

Thank you too for your suggestions.
Both shower blocks have buffets which can be used to place bags on or to sit on these are situated just by the doors, one block already has clothing hooks fitted. We agree that adding some hooks to the other shower block would be beneficial and will look into this, along with a shower caddy.

喜欢 Nice quiet site and Paul was very helpful(lent me an hosepipe as mine was just too short)along with his good lady. Toilet clean and tidy, shower was nice and hot!. Small shop on site which offered milk and ice creams, plus other things. Nice pub on the doorstep.

不喜欢 Not much could make it better.
The layout is quirky, pitches close to each other.

喜欢 Just back from a weekend at Bainside House to finish our mini tour. The site is very well situated with pitch options and the facilities were very clean. There is an honesty shop which is handy including very yummy eggs.
The pub next door is well worth a visit for lunch or dinner, advisable to book especially on the weekend.
There are plenty of local walks and Woodhall Spa is a very quaint village with plenty of fab coffee shops and amenities.
This site is perfect for any occasion, very good value and the hosts Fiona and Paul are very friendly ⭐️ ☺️

喜欢 The staff were friendly and the campsite was kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The little shop was well stocked, the pitch was level with lots of room between each other.
Nice walks around the area and is set very close to the village pub which sold great food and is dog friendly. (In the bar)

不喜欢 Nothing at all but I didn’t give it 10/10 because wife always tells me nothing is perfect. And who am I to argue
