At family-friendly site The Thames Head Inn, four miles from Cirencester market town in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds, you definitely won't want to miss the chance. Thames Head is well-placed for exploring the spectacular Cotswolds on foot or by bike – the start of the Thames Path, which follows the world-famous river for 184 miles from source to sea, is half a mile from the site, and there are loads of cycles tours and walking routes starting in Cirencester and Tetbury, both within 10 minutes’ drive of the site. If that's not your scene, kick back on the dog-friendly site in the shade of the trees, soaking in the scenic and peaceful Cotswolds countryside, or take a relaxed stroll through the fields with Rex. Worked up an appetite? The site is in the grounds of the Thames Head Inn bar-restaurant, where food is served well into the evening and the drinks keep flowing until closing (remember to book a table, as mealtimes can get very busy). If you fancy fending for yourself, pick up supplies in Cirencester or Kemble – a 20-minute walk away – and fire up the barbecue. For a change of scenery – and menus – there are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes of Thames Head.

喜欢 Field was clean and tidy with picnic benches. Shaded by trees. Lots of birds. Great pub on site- can't wait to go back

不喜欢 Only one toilet and shower ( in together)which was only a problem on check out morning.

喜欢 Really lovely staff, amazing food with an incredible choice.
We stayed on the campsite which was lovely. Could do with a tap on both sides.
Would've appreciated a food discount for people who paid for camping.

喜欢 Very nice little stop over, great little pub very welcome to dogs, Even little Ralf not the best behaved. Food-in the pub very good.

不喜欢 Toilet and the shower not on the site at back of the pub and no where to empty my tanks on the Motorhome.
There is a lot of traffic noise
